At True 9-Bar Espresso, we want you to brew with confidence. If your espresso equipment doesn't meet your standards, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the machine or accessory is cleaned, drained of all water, and securely packed in its original double-boxed packaging with all included accessories.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
