This Safety Ring and Seals set is a vital replacement part for all 9Barista espresso machines, compatible with both the Mk.1 and Mk.2 models.
The safety ring is a built-in fail-safe designed to safely depressurise the machine in the event of overheating. If you notice water leaking from a small hole on the side of the ring, this indicates the safety ring has activated and must be replaced to maintain safe operation.
