Overheat Repair Kit | 9Barista Mk.1

If your 9Barista Mk.1 has been overheated or left on the stove too long, certain internal components may need to be replaced. This Overheat Repair Kit provides all the key parts required to restore your machine to safe, working condition.

The kit includes:

• 1 × Safety valve (pre-assembled with safety ring)

• 1 × Thermal break (silicon)

• 1 × Group insulator

• 1 × Valve chamber seal

• 1 × Valve pin and seal

• 1 × Mk.1 boiler O-ring

• 1 × Upper chamber O-ring

• 1 × Valve body seal

• 1 × Main valve spring

Note: The grouphead O-ring is not included.

You’ll need a 3mm Allen/hex key and a 13mm spanner or wrench to complete the repair. Please consult the official disassembly guide before starting. We also recommend checking that your heat transfer plate is not damaged or warped, as this can affect machine performance.
